Plan: give a 5-step checklist with owners, start now task (≤30 min), and a DRI. Ship bias: simplify scope to something we can ship in 48 hours that still moves the North Star. Debrief template: add a 5-bullet post-mortem form for me to fill after execution. Return: Concise bullets; include exact messages/briefs I can paste to Slack/Email/Jira.
